As a certified yoga teacher and lifestyle medicine coach, I help people create sustainable, long-term changes in their daily habits. My approach blends evidence-based lifestyle medicine with mindful movement, plant-based nutrition, stress management, and compassionate guidance.

My mission is to empower others to reconnect with themselves, prevent disease, and build a healthier, more fulfilling life.

This class combines a gentle flow with grounding yin postures to create balance in both body and mind. We’ll begin with a slow, mindful flow to warm the body, release tension, and connect with the breath. The second half of class shifts into longer-held yin poses designed to stretch deeper tissues, calm the nervous system, and invite stillness. Accessible to all levels, this class is perfect for anyone looking to move, unwind, and restore their energy.
