I’m Paryse LeBlanc, a nature lover and outdoor enthusiast at heart. My journey began with yoga over a decade ago, and since 2021, I’ve been deeply drawn to its philosophy, a practice that extends far beyond the physical postures.

In 2023, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training, which opened the door to exploring energy work through Reiki and Access Bars, and then discovered the transformative power of sound healing, a practice that instantly resonated with me and led me to share it with others.

Through all these paths, my intention remains the same to cultivate presence, peace, and connection, both within myself and in the spaces I hold for others. My goal is to help people slow down, reconnect, and take time for themselves.
